Common questions

What counts as an athlete?
Any user who joins your club and has access to the AI Reflection Journal. Coaches and directors do not count toward the 100-athlete limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal with no penalty. Your club stays active until the end of the billing period.
How does annual billing work?
You're billed $2,490 upfront for 12 months — the equivalent of 10 months at the monthly rate. No auto-renewal surprises; we'll email before it renews.
How do athletes join the club?
Coaches share a club code. Athletes enter it during sign-up. No CSV uploads or manual account creation needed.
Can coaches see individual athlete entries?
No. The team dashboard shows aggregate participation trends only. Individual journal entries are private to the athlete and their parents (if linked).
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Bank transfer available for annual plans — email us.
